	You shouldn't be worrying about your horse when you're not there. You shouldn't have to be tackled by annoying barking dogs when you get out of your car. Your horse should NOT be underweight. Your horse's stall should be big enough for him to lie down in comfort as well as clean, bright and airy. Your horse's water pail should never be empty or dirty. Your horse should be turned out every day for at least 8 hours. You should be able to enjoy coming to the farm to work with your horse and use the facilities. And most importantly, you should know your horse is secure, happy and being well taken care of when you're not there watching, just how you would do it, if your horse was in your own backyard.

	Pricing information:
	*Regular Board is $475. per month & includes:* Huge, clean, 12x14 rubber matted stall w/ window Daily stall cleaning & soft pine bedding Daily, all day, turnout Fresh, mold free/dust free timothy/orchard grass hay Top quality Blue Seal feeds Full Board is $525. per month & includes regular board plus:* Farm will supply & keep your choice of salt or mineral blocks horse's stall Farm will supply & worm horse every 6 weeks Farm will follow blanketing instructions Farm will put on fly spray, fly masks, protective boots, blankets, etc.... before turnout COMING SOON: ROUGH BOARD We are in the process of planning out a large turnout with adequate shelter for rough boarding. Space will be limited to only a few geldings. The cost will be $325. per month. Check back for updates. *Self-Care Barn features:* Nicely constructed, rubber matted stalls with windows and overhead lights. Barn and stalls are in excellent condition. Lights, bucket holders & tie rings in each stall. Brightly lit, concrete aisle way with cross-ties and an amazing built in storage area for bridles & leather goods. Water & separate electrical system. Large brightly lit tack room with lots of saddle & bridle racks as well as a huge built in storage bin, and even a cabinet for medicines, as well as wall shelves. Tack room offers special security feature and is only accessible with security code. Plenty of storage area for hay, grain & bedding. Offered also with this barn is a paddock for turnout as well as full use of the farm's facilities, including a lighted outdoor sand ring, an indoor ring with rubber footing, a huge 60' round pen that has rubber footing and lights & trails which are attached right to the back of the farm. Self care board is $250 per month.

The horses in our care are healthy, happy, relaxed and sane. Stop by and meet them, their condition will speak for itself. We welcome scheduled visits, please call to make an appointment to view the farm.
